Singletary’s cuisine spices and flavors are a combination of African and Native Indian Seasoning mixtures. She has been known “to make something delicious out of nothing”. She had a unique way of creating food dishes and flavors that left indelible memories and tastes that were unforgettable! These traditions have been passed on to Helen’s children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren and others. She took pride and time to develop these amazing flavors and dishes.
